Who are We, Who are You?

 GP Mura consists of about 1/2 hectare of property with a cluster of 9 houses surrounded by gardens, orchards and with nice views to the mountains, nearby botanical garden and the ocean (hilltop houses only). At the core is the, p   house, which serves as the place to work, hang out, enjoy meals, take classes, play games, watch movies, etc.

Otaru nestles between the ocean and the mountains, making it an outdoors paradise--hiking, surfing, wild swimming, world class rock climbing, boarding, skiing, paragliding, to name a few. Key to the development of Hokkaido, Otaru overflows with culture--its history, architecture, arts and craftspeople---in short, lots to see and do. Oh, and don't forget the food. As the port for the entire region, Otaru merchants have 1st pick of the seafood, making for perhaps the best sushi in the whole country...plus we also gets produce from all over Hokkaido.

Whether you work in the log house, using our Nuro wifi with one of our large displays, printer, etc, or prefer to just relax in a comfy chair, it's a great place to hang out.  And your house is a great place to stay--comfy private rooms and fully-equipped kitchens and common areas. GP Mura, a great place to pass a month or six!
